There are no hidden shipping fees added at checkout for eligible orders.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 2–10 business days

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: Approximately 7–30 business days

4. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package if required.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Wand Tap is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details supplied by the customer.


6. Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Wand Tap is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Government actions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Other events beyond our control

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to assist with an investigation.

Wand Tap cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


8. International Orders

International customers may be subject to:

  • Brokerage fees

These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Wand Tap is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


9. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the damaged product

  • Photographs of the packaging

We will review the claim and work with you to find an appropriate solution.


10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to Wand Tap because:

  • The shipping address was incorrect

  • The package was unclaimed

  • Delivery was refused

We may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
